The company Max Aicher is active in the fields of construction, real estate, steel, environment, leisure, and education with more than 4,600 employees. Competence, flexibility, and efficiency are the foundations of our company. The real estate division is one of the most stable areas within the Max Aicher Foundation. Our activities include existing properties and project development. All tasks related to rental, management, renovation, and new construction projects are carried out in-house, allowing for optimal coordination. We focus on residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the accounting department with 7 employees
  • Professional responsibility, coordination, and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) including reporting
  • Responsibility for financial systems and further development of structures and processes
  • Ongoing investment and liquidity planning
  • Employee management and development
  • Professional contact person for financial authorities, tax consultants, auditors, and banks

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed commercial training (including further training as a certified accountant) and/or a degree in business administration
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting with initial leadership experience, ideally in the real estate/construction industry
  • Excellent knowledge of financial statement
