You will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing for renowned energy providers. Exciting topics related to energy, electricity, heat, gas, e-mobility, and contract details await you.

Your tasks:
- Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
- Telephone and email consultation for customers regarding products and services
- Processing of contract and tariff matters
- Tariff consultation and, if necessary, suitable up and crossselling
- Maintenance of master data and debtor information
- Customer correspondence
