Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and management of the ESshells and boards product group, including supplier management
  • Coordination of international needs with overseas factories and suppliers
  • Analysis and calculation of procurement costs
  • Development of methods and strategies to reduce expenses
  • Optimization of procurement processes and standardization of procedures
  • Participation in projects and implementation of system optimizations in SAP R/
  • Creation of tenders and inquiries
  • Obtaining and negotiating offers
  • Creation and negotiation of contracts with suppliers
  • Accompaniment of supplier audits
  • Participation and support in achieving company goals
  • Maintenance of supplier master data in SAP R/3

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on business or technology, or relevant work experience with a completed apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in procurement and materials management
  • Indepth knowledge of single or series production, as well as project business, is advantageous
  • Experience in contract law and negotiating contract terms
  • Assertiveness, results orientation, commitment, and a high quality awareness
  • Proactivity, commitment, flexibility, and a handson mentality
  • Strong communication skills and a strong team player
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for business
  • Good to very good user knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in German and
