Responsibilities:

You handle customer inquiries via email and in our community and work on diverse topics such as product advice and recommendations, as well as clarifying delivery dates
Adjusting orders and general problemsolving for warranty and return cases, as well as questions about invoices and customer accounts, are also part of your main tasks
Internal work processes are never set in stone for you, as you creatively search for new solutions and test them for their effectiveness
If there is no process, you invent one to solve the customer's issue
Together with your team colleagues in Switzerland and Serbia, you work to take our customer service for Germany to a new level and set standards in customer interaction

Requirements:

You are currently enrolled at a recognized university
Ideally, you have knowledge in consumer electronics or have previous experience in written customer contact
