    Major Film Studio | 2 Positions Available: AP/AR Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue and Reporting | Hybrid in Culver City | Hybrid in Beverly Hills

    Pay Range: $30-35/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage payment handling, including reimbursement for overhead, discretionary, and development funds, and oversee the management of the overhead receipt email alias.
    • Provide month-end payment reporting to Accounting as part of the company's reporting schedule.
    • Conduct inbound/outbound communication with external business partners, including talent and management.
    • Liaise with multiple departments such as Production Audit, Legal, and Business Affairs for deal reconciliations, audits, and onboarding of new payment recipients.
    • Handle cash collections, billing, cash application, and reconciliations, while providing projected revenue and cash forecasting updates, reviewing deal terms, and conducting account reconciliations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 2+ years experience in accounts payable, preferably in entertainment
    • Proficiency in Excel, SAP Concur, and SQL
