    Description
    Job Description:
    • The purpose of the position will be to create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and business units.
    • Strong content development and writing skills are needed.
    • bility to draft resources to support employee learning, tips, and educational resources for employees, such as job aids.
    • Good research skills.
    • Instructional design and technical knowledge are a must.
    • This position will facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Must be professional.
    Experience:
    • dobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise) & Camtasia, MS Teams.
    • Candidates with experience developing HR curriculums or training in partnership with subject matter experts are preferred.
    • Creating training videos and microlearning is a plus.
    • The use of voiceover tools is a plus.
    • Interest in continually learning new software and keeping the team updated on changes to the software is desired.
    This position works with:
    • ssociate Director of Organizational Development, a Training and Support Specialist, a Learning and Development Consultant, an Organizational Development Consultant, and an Administrative Support Specialist.
