    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Asset and inventory management for computers, phones, IT supplies, etc.
    • Set up and troubleshoot employee workstations
    • Operating system maintenance and support - Windows 7 and 10, Mac OS 10 and up
    • Establish and deactivate user accounts for various systems
    • Troubleshoot and support common problems with desktop printers, copiers, network switches, routers, and computers
    • Mobile device support - Tablets and Cell Phones
    Skills/Experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems
    • Experience with recent and current Apple Operating Systems
    • Familiarity with Google's core services: Gmail, Docs, Drive and/or GSuite for Business
    • Experience with entry-level networking equipment, ex) routers, switches, access points, etc
    • Experience with Android and Apple mobile devices
    • Good communication and people skills are required for this position.
    Education
    • Minimum: High school diploma, some college
    • Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
