$18-20 per hour
based on experience
Shift:
Monday-Friday from 9-6 with a 1-hour lunch break - Some after hours/oncall rotation will be required

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our internal CustomerHD IT team and assist with supporting in-office and remote team members' technology needs.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth IT operations and seamless user experiences across our Raleigh & Belize City workforce.
From troubleshooting technical issues to implementing innovative solutions, you'll play a crucial role in driving efficiency and productivity company-wide.Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to IT Help Desk requests from employees
Diagnose hardware and software problems
Diagnose remote employee technology issues
Deploy new equipment and provision workspaces for employees
Assist with user account management
Assist with new employee onboarding
Maintain inventory for computer hardware and accessories
Maintain asset management system and equipment checkout for remote employees
Participate in rotating on-call support for after hours and weekends
Skills Needed:
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems (primarily Windows 11) and
application software (Slack, Google Chrome, Office 365)
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Keen attention to detail
Good organization, time management and prioritization
Efficient troubleshooting skills
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Previous experience in IT support role desired but not required
Work in-office most of the time. This is not a remote position.
