    About the Job:

    WilmerHale, a prominent law firm, is in search of a Request for Pitch and Proposals Manager. This role oversees the firm's framework for RFPs and pitches, ensuring professional responses meet client requirements and deadlines.

    This position involves leading proposal initiatives, collaborating with various departments, and serving as an expert in RFP and pitch processes.

    • Provide project management support for proposal efforts.
    • Advance RFP/pitch content development.
    • Maintain content consistency.
    • Develop best practices for the RFP process.
    • Create compelling content for responses.
    • Host workshops to share best practices.
    • Lead or assist with special projects.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
    • Close attention to detail.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • 8-10 years of law firm or professional service firm experience.
