Public Relations Assistant

• Responsible for managing weekly & monthly reporting across 10 luxury client accounts to ensure organization for the following accounts: 
  • The Dorchester Collection, The Set Collection, Virgin Hotels, Park Hyatt Chicago, Gurney’s Resorts, Avocet Hospitality, Ashore Resort & Beach Club, Hotel Washington, The Ritz-Carlton, Georgetown, Washington D.C., and The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee
• Track client media and social coverage to clip relevant hits, craft and send placement spotlights, and update reports accordingly to assess impact and PR efforts 
• Independently pitch press releases and initiatives, successfully securing KPI coverage 
• Develop relationships with journalists and editors, as well as clients across all agency accounts. Regularly attend media meetings and mixers with industry experts 
• Secure and coordinate influencer and celebrity visits and brand partnerships across account portfolio
• Collaborated, strategized, and presented alongside senior executives in 2 separate new business pitches to successfully land two prestigious new clients for the agency
