    • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to validate requirements, gather insights, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Manage client relationships, handling expectations with professionalism, tact, and resilience.
    Requirements:
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
    • Previous corporate experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in or with pharmaceutical companies.
    • Demonstrated experience working with large cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading through influence rather than authority.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a keen emphasis on detail, process, and communication.
    • Experience in client-facing roles, with the capacity to manage demanding clients and maintain positive, productive relationships.
    • Ideal candidate would be located on the West Coast, preferably in the Bay Area, to align with the Pacific Time Zone and facilitate seamless collaboration with remote and on-site team members.
    How You Will Enrich Us:
    • Passionate about improving healthcare through technology
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

    • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Adaptable and flexible in changing project requirements and priorities
