Construction Project Manager

You will be entirely focused on putting our beautiful backyard homes (ADUs) in our clients' yards. You will be project managing multiple prefab ADU projects simultaneously.

Supervise all on-site construction, including scheduling of contractors, vendors, and others that are involved in our home installations, resolving day-to-day project management and construction issues, and performing inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain direct contact and build trust and partnership with ADORE Homes' clients to maintain a high level of engagement and deliver an excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Be very responsive, punctual, and courteous.
• Lead all onsite construction phases by working with our General Contractors and other vendors related to each project. Starting from the contract with the designated contractor, budget, scheduling, and onsite management until turning keys to the client)
• Help ADORE Homes become a better company: Help us become even better by identifying and diagnosing points of inefficiency in our existing process
• Serve as a customerfacing point of contact for our clients own your projects
• Assist with sales, joint ventures, and business development efforts and processes
• Help grow our contractors, subcontractors, and vendors' lists
• Assist with special projects outside of project management

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in project management (preferably in singlefamily, residential construction, including ADU exposure), managing contracts with contractors, and onsite project management and scheduling
• Team player who is also a selfstarter who takes initiative and responsibility for their work and actions
• Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and project phases
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Permits / City inspections is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate complex schedules
• An eye for quality, inspect the finished work of others and provide immediate feedback on achieving a better result. Be extra detailoriented, and have a desire to perform at a high level.
• Be able to travel via car to client meetings and project sites
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

• Performance bonus
