Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage project schedules and budgets
Provide support to senior team members with projectrelated communications
Anticipate project challenges and provide solutions in real time
Travel may be required at certain times

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Please note that this position is not suited for those with an IT focused background.
57 years of experience
Strong strategic thinker and juggler of tasks
Demonstrable knowledge of design and construction methodologies and processes
Experience with planning, duediligence, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design development, and reviewing design documentation for completeness and consistency with client's objectives
Experience with developing proposals
Confident with contract negotiation
Experience with managing the permitting process, construction/renovation, landlord/tenant fitout, and commissioning and occupancy
Advanced MS Office skills
