    Please note this a part time role of 32 hours per week. Either 4 days per week, or reduced hours 5 days per week. Due to the nature of the work involved this role is office based for the majority of the week.


    What you can expect to be doing

    • Office Management; Ensuring office is kept tidy, maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies.
    • Support the team with technology and office collateral such as printed reports / publications
    • Supplier and vendor management, e.g. publications, technology and office collateral
    • Liaising with building management for maintenance, security, and deliveries. Liaising with cleaning contractors
    • First point of contact for all general queries for the office; greeting visitors, answering, and filtering calls, notifying main building reception of pre-scheduled visitors when required, collection and distribution of all incoming post and deliveries, arranging all outgoing post and courier shipments.
    • Executive support – calendar management, scheduling internal & external meetings, including any catering requirements.
    • Expenses and additional administrative support as and when required
    • Arranging and co-coordinating meetings for the team, including scheduling, setting up meeting rooms, organizing catering if required and ensuring equipment is available and working.
    • Management of company events, e.g. Holiday and summer parties, charity functions, team offsite retreats, bi-monthly socials, team engagement activities. This includes venue finding, planning, communicating details etc
    • Fire Marshall and First Aider for office (as part of a team) – training will be provided if successful applicant doesn't currently hold certification

    What you will bring:

    • 3+ years of prior Office Administration or similar experience / related transferable skills
    • Comfortable working under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
    • Welcoming and personable
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
    • Experience managing diaries and organizing overseas travel and accommodation
    • Efficient, reliable and pro-active, with a solutions-focused mindset
    • Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task effectively
