**Responsibilities**
Forecast goals and objectives for the Service department
Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all Service department staff.
Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the Service department.
Maintains inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
Creates pricing guidelines for customer categories that simultaneously generates profit and creates customer loyalty
Supervises stock order procedures
Creates and enforces a policy for special orders
Monthly analysiss to maintain profit
Works closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of Service needed
Provides technical assistance when necessary
Creates and monitors reporting such as lost sales, sales productivity, etc.
Develops and enforces guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Enforces safety requirements
Maintains professional appearance.
**Qualifications**
At least 2 years experience in service management
Automotive technical knowledge
Ability to manage others
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Education Highest level of education completed Military Experience Yes No Signature and Verification
