I am expressing my interest with a background of building relationships and where there is opportunity being innovative. An energetic, dependable, and loyal collaborator. As a project specialist and collaborator in project management. My communication and skill come from corporate compliance training and supervision, contract law, proper records and balances, and customer dedication. My passion for direction comes from the heart to manage with spirit, intuition, and enthusiasm. Project managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. They organize projects of all types, from simple activities to more complex plans, with the goal of getting them completed on time. Tasks involve monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, and organizing meetings, customer retention and ensuring all project deadlines are met.  transitioning from Arkansas to Indiana.

Recently I have been working with Lifecycle projects with technology companies. Building protocols and supporting Managers with coordination, tracking, site readiness, technician assistance, SharePoint updates, and equipment returns. I work with teams to fill in and complete fulfillments in logistics and auditing invoices and SOW’s. I have worked in medical as a project specialist in hospital admissions as a liaison between Er and labor and delivery. Working with finance, collections, insurance, and patient demographics. 

I have a strong interest in business development and increasing revenues and customer retention. Working with leadership to build relations from outside networking to increase revenues, using marketing strategies, I worked building relationships with the local community. I performed sales closing activities, lead generation, appointment setting, community visits, deposit collection, move-ins, and CRM utilization. Assisted in developing and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals. Cultivated relationships with potential residents, advisers, and referral partners to create personalized experiences focused on matching needs to community benefits. Participated in community local events and trade shows with professional groups with local chambers. Worked to drive customer service and hospitality culture within the community. 

In some of my previous experience I owned and operated a 30-agent real estate company with 2 branches. My experience includes 10 years hospitality and customer concierge. 20 years accounting, marketing, and strategic planning building business relationships, and skills. Assistant comptroller with Hilton Hotels and John Q Hammons Holiday Inn. A steakhouse restaurant manager and cruise ship fine dining waiter. I worked in Honolulu for Hilton Hawaiian Village. In marketing I hosted and traveled for trade shows and special events. I carry a strong passion for leadership, development, and project management.
