Your responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and possibly conducting nursing visits, service and team meetings, as well as resident and family discussions
  • Personnel management and leadership of the nursing and social care departments in close coordination with the PDL
  • Ensuring nursing quality and documentation according to MDK-QPR
  • Participation in basic and treatment care

What is expected of you

  • Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse or pediatric nurse
  • Ideally, you are already in PDL training or want to complete it
