We are currently looking for a

qualified specialist for pool operations (m/f/d)

to join our indoor and outdoor pool as soon as possible.

Full-time, permanent position

These are your responsibilities:

Monitoring and ensuring safety in the pool area
Initiating and performing water rescue measures
Performing technical tasks such as operating, monitoring, and maintaining pool equipment
Carrying out cleaning and disinfection tasks
Active customer service and retention
Planning and conducting swimming and aqua fitness courses

What we are looking for:

Completed vocational training as a specialist for pool operations (m/f/d) or assistant swimming pool manager (m/f/d)
Enjoyment of working with people, reliability, and teamwork are your strengths
Willingness to work shifts and on weekends and holidays
Experience and commitment in implementing aqua fitness programs
