About Us:
We are looking for a candidate to join our team at Pea Ridge.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing our commercial employees, preparing data for invoicing and payroll, and coordinating service orders.

You will also be responsible for training new employees, creating and documenting operational and service instructions, and ensuring the quality of our services on site.

Additionally, you will be responsible for complying with and enforcing legal guidelines, ensuring full staffing at all locations and compensating for any personnel absences, and completing special tasks as directed by management.
