Phoenix Proconnect is currently assisting in the search for the following job for a global company.

Finance Mission:
Critical role in short-term and long-term business decisions.

Provide timely and accurate financial information across the organization.

Ensure compliance with international financial laws.

Act as a valuable business partner, offering economic, financial, and fiduciary expertise.

Why this Role Matters:
Ensure financial statements comply with IFRS and GAAP policies.

Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail in a dynamic business environment.

Collaborate effectively across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the integrity of accounting results.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks.

Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Prepare account reconciliations.

Guide teams in enhancing revenue controls.

Streamline and improve processes.

Support Corporate reporting of Financial statement disclosures.

Qualifications:
Strong technical accounting skills.

Expertise in creating financial spreadsheets, charts, and reports.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Positive attitude and ability to collaborate.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with financial systems.

Ability to communicate complex financial information.

Knowledge of technical accounting and SOX principles.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree is required.

Minimum of 5 10+ years in corporate accounting.

CPA Required.

Experience with Advanced Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets, Oracle Fusion, Smartview preferred.
