Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer questions and provide proactive updates on accounts.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver quality on the job service.
  • Able to problemsolve any issues that arise.
  • Placing and following up on emergency service calls.
  • Review and negotiate price quotes with HVAC contractors.
  • Update portals with proper documentation.

Knowledge and Skills Required:


  • 23 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales preferably within the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on exceeding targets and client expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
