Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and provide proactive updates on accounts.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver quality on the job service.
- Able to problemsolve any issues that arise.
- Placing and following up on emergency service calls.
- Review and negotiate price quotes with HVAC contractors.
- Update portals with proper documentation.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- 23 years of proven experience in account management, business development, or sales preferably within the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented and able to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on exceeding targets and client expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
