Our Fortune 500 retail client is looking for a resourceful
Account Manager with a passion for driving successful advertising partnerships to join their team in Hoboken, NJ

As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in growing our advertising partnerships. This role demands excellence in problem-solving and leading process execution. Your ability to follow through on projects and maintain accountability is critical. You'll work within a cross-functional, revenue-generating team in a complex organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee suppliers' campaigns and revenues, ensuring strategic alignment with their business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Build comprehensive campaign strategies based on a deep understanding of supplier needs.
  • Drive the endtoend creative process between the supplier and internal creative teams.
  • Handle agency proposal templates and tagging efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
  • Maintain frequent updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign progress.
  • Work with Measurement & Analytics to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support supplier strategies and drive incremental revenue.
  • Assist in monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.
  • Partner with internal merchandising teams to deliver strong results for suppliers.
  • Guide Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates, fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications:


  • Fouryear college degree.
  • Ability to lead daytoday relationships and work with management and multifunctional teams to respond to supplier needs.
  • Experience in building media plan recommendations.
  • Excellent followthrough and no hesitation in ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Meticulously detailoriented project management.
  • Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies, paired with strong analytical and quantitative skills, problemsolving. Resourceful in maneuvering through a large company while working in a nimble and fastpaced environment ability to adapt and thrive in any business situation.
