Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to employees.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Manage IT budget and expenses. Collaborate with other departments to meet IT needs and objectives.
Manage, monitor, and maintain our current Office 365 environment.
Oversee the Azure and soon to be AWS platforms.
Manage and evolve the IT help desk systems and skill set. QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT operations management.
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, systems and processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with Azure and Office 365 is key. Skills, Abilities & Work StyleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications.
Great attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
