We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Houston, TX office that will hire, train and develop a top notch, one-call close, sales team for 2024 and beyond

Responsibilities:

Hire, train and develop
Implementing the processes and procedures to help develop a "onecall close" structure with your team
Ride with and train new sales representatives in the market
Sell the company's products or services to customers within your given territory
Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand
Partner with the Installation Manager to ensure customer installation are done fast and efficiently
Daily communication with the sales team and with customers
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
