Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly.

This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, business development, and project management skills.

GARAGE DOOR Industry Experience is a PLUS.


Duties:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Oversee budgeting and financial management activities
• Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs

Experience:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong sales and profit loss management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
• Project management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay:
$60, $110,000.00 per year
