Job Overview:
We are seeking a Operations Manager to join our team.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business development initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients
• Oversee project management activities and ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Skills:

• Class A Licence
• Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proven track record in profit loss management and achieving financial targets
• Experience in business development and driving sales growth
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on process improvement

This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated accordingly.
