    We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting customer information into our database while providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with data, then we want to hear from you

    $ $26.00 hourly

    Key Responsibilities
    • Enter customer information into our database accurately and efficiently
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow privacy regulations
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
    • Verify and update existing customer records as needed


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in data entry or customer service preferred
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
