To excel in your role as a Customer Service Representative with Ivonne Welch, you will need to be able to answer a high volume of inbound calls, while completing follow up and other outbound calls as assigned.

You will need to be an organized multi-tasker who is able to stay focused and see tasks all the way to completion.

You listen to instructions and take direction well with an ability to follow established protocols.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years telephonic or call center experience in customer servicerelated position
  • Ability to commute to our Murrieta office
  • Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multitask
  • Basic computer skills
  • A pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Flexibility in your work schedule to include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Medicare or insurance
  • A basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM
