• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Promote upselling and crossselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle cash transactions while assisting customers
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is desirable
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette and strong problemsolving skills
