    Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer

    We are a growing, highly customer-centric IT Solutions firm is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer to help us continue to provide expert IT solutions and exceptional customer service to small and medium-sized businesses.

    The ideal Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer will have prior experience presenting solutions to C Level executives and stakeholders.

    They will feel equally comfortable leading project meetings and working as part of a technical team to design and build solutions.

    The Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer will have excellent technical, troubleshooting, customer service skills, and will have a "yes I can" attitude.

    They will be eager to learn and do more as well as share their experiences with their team mates to better the group.

    The ideal Senior System Administrator / Projects System Engineer will have experience working with a broad range of technologies and solutions including:
    Microsoft Server 2019 & 2016 and other Operating Systems
    Active Directory Group Policies
    Active Directory Security
    TCP-IP Networking
    Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
    Meraki Firewalls, VPNs and Security Solutions

    In this role you will be responsible for supporting clients as a member of our high touch team, both on client sites as well as from our office.

    You will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing and servicing our clients' networks and critical systems. You will take escalated issues from our Help Desk team as well as provide technical mentorship.
    Demonstrated technical skillset and experience
    Technical leadership ability
    Highly responsive
    Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read/speak/write at a high level. The role requires high level written communication skills.
    Demonstrated technical skillset and experience
    Resourcefulness – the ability to figure things out
    Technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Dell and other top solutions are highly desirable.
    Knowledge of MSP tools (Connectwise) a big plus
    Office365 Migrations
    Microsoft Azure administration, deployments, and migrations
