Description

For the reinforcement of our IT team, we are currently looking for an IT system administrator / application support specialist (m/f/d) at our Fairview location in Adelheidsdorf (near Celle / Hannover)

Your responsibilities will include:

receiving and resolving service requests and error reports, advising and supporting users, managing and maintaining IT devices in office and production environments, organizing and conducting IT purchases, installing and configuring necessary hardware and software, performing user administration (user and permission management), installing system and Windows updates, implementing IT and company strategies in the supported facilities, and providing technical support for the introduction of new projects.

You should have a degree in IT or a relevant field (e.g. computer science) or a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist) as well as knowledge of Windows systems, VMware, and Office 365. Experience with network technologies and basic knowledge of data protection and security are also required. Previous experience in IT support or user support is desirable. Excellent English and German language skills, strong analytical thinking, and good communication skills are essential. We are looking for a team player with a service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive work style.
