In your apprenticeship, you will learn everything you need to know to organize processes in retail, actively shape the day in the store, and be there for our customers. As an expert (m/f/d) in trends, nutrition, care, and cosmetics, you will become a real sales talent.

Start of apprenticeship:
Duration of apprenticeship: Salesperson (m/f/d) - 2 years
Retail merchant (m/f/d) - 3 years
Salary: between 965 and 1,110 euros per month in the 1st year of apprenticeship

What you will achieve with us

Your journey with the apprentice club starts on August 15, 2024 in your ROSSMANN store. When and where you go to vocational school depends on the respective store.

You will quickly get to know the processes in retail and organize them:

  • On the sales floor: Did you notice a gap on the shelf? Is a shower gel next to the cereal? You are attentive and help out everywhere - whether it's rest
