    This role is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is exempt salary and pays a range of $70,000-90,000, depending on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the subject matter expert for our suite of applications, including CRM, phone dialers, project management tools and visualization tools.
    • Monitoring the performance and health of both servers and applications to identify and address issues proactively.
    • Configure, customize, and optimize these applications to meet our specific business needs.
    • Assist in planning and executing expansion projects related to our application infrastructure.
    • Ensure robust data backup and recovery procedures for our applications.
    • Providing technical support to end-users for both system and network-related concerns.
    • Managing server hardware, operating system updates, and network device configurations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as application engineering, information technology, or network administration OR 2-3 years or relevant experience.
    • Certifications such as; Cisco CCNA, RHCT, RHCE or Google workspace are preferred but not required.
    • Strong knowledge of methodologies, and best practices.
    • CRM experience such as; Salesforce, Hubspot or SugarCRM.
    • Strong technical skills including proficiency in applications, hardware, and software desired.
    • Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
    • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving application issues.
    • Experience in full life-cycle software engineering practices is a plus.
    • Pull Reports Data Call log, CRM Contact.
    • Audit data, report on treads or inaccuracies.
    • Document Runbooks.
    • Systems AB Testing.
