Your tasks

  • Ensuring smooth IT support and consulting for clients
  • Main point of contact for clients with flexibility in working hours
  • Support from representatives, team leaders, and specialists in the team
  • Administration, maintenance, and support for networks, servers, and PCs
  • Design and optimization of server landscapes
  • Flexible work in the office, home office, or at the client's location

Your profile

  • Good to excellent knowledge of Windows Server, VM-Ware, Hyper-V, Exchange (from 2010), O365, and network administration
  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, network administrator, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Excellent self-organization, independence, and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and high level of commitment
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • German language skills at least at C1 level
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • There is the possibility to work up to 3 days a week in a home
