    Westlake Services, LLC | Home Office

    The Director of Business Development serve as a primary point-of-contact with our clients to promote WCC's value and expertise in the origination and servicing of direct consumer loans.

    Facilitate onboarding and due diligence of Partners with Vendor Management
    Manage Partner relationships to promote loan generation
    Work with management team to develop and implement growth strategies

    Excellent communication and sales skills and ability to interact professionally with partners, vendors and all levels of employees and management.

    Ability to build strong rapport with leadership, managers, and employees of Partners both in-person and via telephone and email.

    Patience and dedication to building morale for all team members
    Exceptional personal discipline and time management
    Proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel
    Proven performance in a management and decision-making role
    Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience within the industry
    This full-time employment role includes base salary, commission, medical benefits and holidays.
