Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our onsite operations, ensuring excellence in project execution.

This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, coordinate with back office support, and deliver projects that meet our high standards of quality and safety within set timelines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction site operations, manage worker schedules, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Train and educate the labor team daily to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Hire and train Leadership
  • Maintain rigorous safety standards by enforcing state and OSHA regulations, creating a safe work environment.
  • Conduct preproject meetings to clarify roles and expectations, ensuring team alignment with project goals.
  • Proactively handle job site challenges, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications by closely monitoring construction activities.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and making adjustments based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs and regular progress reports, communicating key information to management.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project—from initial setup to final closeout—are executed flawlessly.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on precast concrete.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
  • Indepth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
Preferred

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management and safety (e.g., OSHA certification).
