Position Overview:
Construction Manager
Must have at least 2 years experience as a Construction Manager/Superintendent
Must be an expert with Quality Control Programs and Procedures
Preferably has good experience with Multi Family Construction Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multifamily residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Lead onsite construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to ensure adherence to specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to discuss and resolve qu Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, including noncompliance incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor the construction processes to ensure that environmental, operational, and performance standards are met.
- Foster open communication with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be an expert with Quality Control Programs and Procedures
- Proven experience as a Superintendent/CM in multifamily construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage onsite teams.
- Indepth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
