Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience in trading, financial reporting or another relevant role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to, ability to utilize formulas, pivot tables, graphs and charts
Advanced knowledge of interest rate risk management concepts
Knowledge of mortgage process and secondary market trading
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced experience in financial data analysis and

reporting
Advanced knowledge of Excel modeling
Knowledge of SQL
Job Summary
As a

Capital Markets Analyst

, you'll analyze business information and trends to inform or make strategic trading decisions. You'll support efforts to improve hedge strategy and execution based on analysis and market research.
Responsibilities
Manage analytical reporting to ensure information is disbursed accurately and timely to internal stakeholders, including leadership
Utilize and maintain loan, trade and market level data in reporting systems to answer questions and perform analysis as needed
Investigate driving factors and trends for loan, trade and market data to recommend actions as needed
Distill data into clear, actionable formats that highlight key performance indicators
Construct new reports that improve hedge effectiveness, model performance, trade execution and market insights
Assist with the settlement, margining and confirmation of trades as needed
Create new modeling to improve accuracy of loan valuation, trade valuation and market data
Develop and test hypotheses aimed at improving trade execution and/or hedge effectiveness; document and communicate results with other team members and leadership
