Job Description Overview

What You'll Be Doing

Cadmus seeks a Market Research Analyst to join its Energy Sector's Program Evaluation & Performance team.

Research Analysts are expected to conduct primary and secondary research on behalf of Cadmus' energy clients (primarily utilities and administrators of energy efficiency programs).

Research Analysts will be responsible for executing market research and analysis, and creating written reports on the findings.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver and analytical leader comfortable engaging internal and external clients to ask the right questions to ensure the right solution is provided.

They should also be highly motivated to perform and learn, be able to work collaboratively and independently, conduct assigned tasks and projects from start to finish, and have exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in research efforts to support Cadmus evaluation and market research projects.

Work independently and participate in research efforts, ensuring consistency and quality of research.

Analyze collected data using Excel or other analytical software to identify trends, summarize research findings and reach meaningful conclusions and recommendations for client consideration.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide technical input on projects.

Assist with project management activities, project coordination, and other tasks as needed.
