- Some experience in trading, reporting or a relevant role
- Basic knowledge of mortgage process/secondary market trading
- Bachelor's degree in finance, math, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in trading, reporting or a relevant role
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Excel modeling
- Independently manages analytical reporting responsibilities, ensuring information is accurate and disbursed timely to Capital Market's teams and stakeholders
- Develops understanding of where loan, trade and market level data are stored within our reporting systems and can quickly retrieve data to answer questions and perform ad hoc analysis
- Identifies and communicates trends the loan, trade, and market data, investigating for driving factors and recommending course of action to team
- Distills data down into actionable information that is clearly formatted and highlights important KPIs
- Constructs new reports that enables improved the hedge effectiveness, model performance, trade execution and market insight
- Assist with the settlement, margining, and confirmation of trades where necessary
