We are seeking a detail-oriented

Marketing Performance Analyst

with a proven track record in analyzing marketing data to optimize marketing performance.

As a Marketing Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client's marketing tactics and CRM strategies, primarily through Marketo and Salesforce, are performing optimally.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to using data to uncover insights and drive marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Support marketing in analyzing KPIs and scorecards for marketing department, individual, and campaign level performance monitoring.

Perform in-depth research on root causes of data anomalies uncovered through normal course of analysis and proactively engage resources to correct issues based on findings.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Recommend adjustments to marketing tactics based on data insights to improve overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on marketing and sales activities.

Analyze various data sets from diverse sources, pinpointing significant trends, quick wins, and long-term focus areas aligned with business objectives.

Distill a complex collection of reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations that convey analytic results and align with business needs.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to leverage insights from demographic and behavioral data to refine and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience level:
Experienced

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, or other related degrees.
3-5 years of experience in data management, marketing operations, or business analyst roles. In-depth knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce is essential.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
Experience working with reports and dashboards, preferably in Tableau, SFDC, Power BI.
Proficient in SQL with a familiarity of data warehouses.
Proficient in data management and understanding of data privacy standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
