- 3-6 years of experience in accounting
- Strong experience with NetSuite, specifically with prepaid and fixed assets functionality
- Media and public accounting experience
- Adaptive reporting tool experience
- Experience with Concur Expense reporting
- Cash management, balance sheet account reconciliations, prepaid expenses/other current assets, Inventory; Fixed assets, Intangible assets; Capitalized Software, Accrued expenses including accrued commissions (both internal & external); Deferred revenue (events, licensing & online media), analysis of revenue and expense accounts
- T&E Expense management
- Intercompany transaction management
- Preparation of year-end schedules for external auditors
- Preparation of International Sales and Use Tax (VAT, GST, etc)
- Collaborate with the team to establish, streamline, and automate procedures and processes to create efficiencies
- Develop and build on existing reporting capabilities and shorten the time required for monthly close for multiple subsidiaries.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting
- Strong experience with NetSuite, specifically with prepaid and fixed assets functionality
- Media and public accounting experience
- Strong computer skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Adaptive reporting tool experience
- Experience with Concur Expense reporting
- Experience working in a multi-subsidiary environment
