Description
The Customer Associate will assist customers with inquiries related to all Sun Noodle products and services. The Customer Service Associate maintains good company and product knowledge to provide proficient service.

The Customer Service Associate will also facilitate the order processing, m Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.


Order processing:


  • Send the customer PO confirmation with the p/u date.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure the products are made in a timely manner to ensure we have the needed raw materials.
2.


ERP:


  • Use ERP for entering the PO, releasing the order.
  • Report the open orders on a biweekly basis to the AGM and communicate with the customer for picking up.
3.


Export order:


  • Received the order, entered BC.
  • Coordinate with the customer broker to arrange trucking and container booking.
  • Do the paperwork for exports and send it to the customer broker on a timely basis.

4.


Data Analysis:


  • Advise the AGM and planning team about which SKU needs to be made and how many and when.
  • Check periodically the inventory level for finished goods, and report back to AGM if there are outliers.
  • Maintaining the predetermined inventory level for the selected SKU would go hand in hand with the planning team.
5.
STAFF SUPPORT

  • Printing out of PO's and file accordingly
  • Create bill of ladings from ERP system
  • Works very closely in a team environment with warehouse, purchasing, production planning and sales

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work cooperatively and effectively with customers and vendors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of clerical & accounting experience required
  • Two years of highvolume customer service or call center experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Should have a remarkable ability to prioritize, multitask, and anticipate rather than react
  • Able to resolve administrative problems in a professional manner
  • Must be selfmanaging, punctual, reliable, and well organized
  • Patient, empathetic, and highly professional
  • Able to work in a progressive office environment and the ability to adapt and change is a must
  • Must be sensitive in the handling of confidential matters, including privileged communications and records
  • Office experience, general, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills
  • Verbal communication, written communication, dependability, attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel
  • Should have an excellent ability to prioritize, multitask, and anticipate rather than react.
  • Bilingual: Chinese, Japanese, Korean helpful
  • Prior order taking and inventory analysis preferred
  • ERP/WMS experience preferred

Pay:
$49, $52,000.00 per year
