    **Job Summary:**
    * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktneueinfhrungen und insight-basierten Shopper Marketing Programmen

    inklusive Aufbereitung alternativer 5P-Szenarien als Entscheidungsgrundlage
    * Verantwortung fr monatliches Tracking/Analyse der betreuten Produktkategorie

    inklusive Prsentation von Risks and Opportunities sowie der Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen
    **Aufgabenbereich:**
    * Vermarktung des Produktportfolios ber verschiedene Handelskanle im B2C-Bereich
    * Umsetzung von Produktneueinfhrungen - inklusive Aufbereitung alternativer 5P-Szenarien als Entscheidungsgrundlage
    * Anpassung der Markenprsenz und von Aktivierungskonzepten an die verschiedenen Handelskanle
    * Aktivierung des Shoppers am Point-of-Sale (Schaffung von Nachfrage)
    * Laufende Analyse der Entwicklung von Produkt, Marken und Markt

    inklusive monatlicher Prsentationen zu Risks and Opportunities sowie der Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen
    * Enge Zusammenarbeit und Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Bereichen Sales, Marketing und Finance
    * Prsentation der Projekte auf Vertriebstagungen und bei Kundenterminen
    **Voraussetzungen:**
    * Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmnnischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
    * Mindestens 5 Berufserfahrung im Bereich im Marketing der Konsumgterindustrie oder im Vertrieb im Bereich Lebensmitteleinzelhandel/Drogeriemarkt
    * Verstndnis fr die Konzepte, Strategien und Vorgehensweisen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel/Drogeriemarkt
    * Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten gepaart mit strategischer Vorgehensweise
    * Ergebnisorientierung und die Fhigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich darzustellen
    * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft, sowie ein eigenstndiger und effizienter Arbeitsstil
    * Crossfunktionale Arbeitsweise
    * Spa an Teamarbeit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu bernehmen
    * Deutsch und Englisch flieend in Wort und Schrift
    * Sichere Kenntnisse der gngigen MS Office Programme
