    Our client, a strong middle market boutique in the Los Angeles area, is expanding its reach and is currently in search of skilled professionals to join its team at the Managing Director level within the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services sector. Recognized for its distinctive company culture centered around collaboration and openness, this institution offers ambitious individuals significant opportunities for career growth and lucrative earnings.

    Our client provies M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory services to various clientele, including entrepreneurs, family-owned enterprises, private equity firms, and major corporations. Emphasizing the well-being and growth of its employees, this institution promotes strong bonds among its team members, boasting some of the highest retention rates in the field.

    Qualifications:

    • Over a decade of experience in advising on sell side mergers and acquisitions
    • At least five years of specialized expertise in M&A within Aerospace, Defence and Government Services with a depp comprehension of the space
    • Collaborative mindset ready to play a pivotal role in the expansion of the firm
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
    • Self-motivated individual accustomed to thriving in a dynamic and challenging setting
    • Capacity to interact effectively with potential clients and intermediaries, fostering relationships and facilitating introductions to senior banking personnel
    • Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63, or 79 licensure

    This role would ideally be in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York or Charlotte but can work hybrid/remote from elsewhere.
