Director, Healthcare Technical Management
Our
Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized and highly decorated organization, is seeking a Director of Healthcare Technical Management. This role offers full-time onsite employment with paid relocation.
Job Summary:
Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of the corporate HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) program and services.
Participates in defining the strategic direction of the HTM program through short and long-term goal setting, technology assessment and planning, medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor and contract management, fiduciary responsibilities, and required reporting.
Focuses HTM program solutions to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized service delivery plans and develop and motivate the HTM team at assigned facilities.
- Drive compliance with HTM and Corporate goals and objectives.
- Assist HTM leadership with developing and strengthening facility and vendor relationships.
- Ensure that the facility program meets and exceeds regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management.
- Develop and execute KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Participate in technology assessment and planning.
- Oversee medical device integration, operations, and risk analysis.
- Manage security, vendor and contract management, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Provide required reporting.
Skills and Certifications:

Experience with healthcare technology management programs, including leadership:
Medical equipment knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc.)

Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, Local)

$76, $101,737.00 per year
