    Summary

    This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Human Resources Division, Office of Training.

    The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst for the General Support Unit (TRAG) in the Academy Operations Section (TRA) and reports to the Unit Chief of TRAG.

    As a Program Analyst, your typical work assignments may include:
  • Directing, managing, and planning activities pertaining to the Academy Scheduling, Division Orders, Academy Operational Memos and Newsletters, DEARIS File Plans.
  • Serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the organization.
  • Making recommendations to managers in strategic planning activities to develop/update objectives, and strategies.
  • Transmitting class solicitations and travel arrangement teletypes prepared in accordance with agency financial policy.
  • Creating and developing administrative Division Orders (DO) or Academy Operational Requirements Memoranda to establish TR policies and procedures that impact agency training functions.
