    We are currently looking for a Mining Sales Manager who is a member of our leadership team at located in Seattle, Washington.

    This position will responsible for all mining sales operations within our organization.

    Business Management:


    Develop and implement the annual business plan strategy for mining leveraging long-term strategies and our diverse and unique organizational strengths.

    Aggressively grow the mining business through the development and management of key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals. Responsible for managing P&L, conducting operational performance reporting and recommending profit and service improvements.

    Develop and implement action plans and lean practices to meet inventory management cycles to improve customer service levels for optimal inventory and rental fleet management.


    Customer Service Management:


    Build, enhance and maintain key customer relationships with Caterpillar and major suppliers to ensure organization is meeting Customer and Employee Satisfaction goals.

    Create and generate reports on sales, inventory and metrics on scheduled basis and presented to executive management. A Represent the company's business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.

    People Management:
    Effectively lead sales teams within multiple locations and business units. Demonstrated experience for building high performing teams through technical and business training and mentoring. Ability to identify and build performance plans for sales staff for ensuring optimum performance.

    Demonstrated experience and strong interpersonal skills in managing diverse groups, motivating and developing employees, setting clear goals, and providing direct, current, and constructive feedback (positive and corrective).


    Personal Attributes, Experience, and Education:
    Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Able to represent the company with a high degree of professionalism while practicing the Company values.

    Required to travel up to 25% a year to locations that include Billings, Montana, Williston, North Dakota and Anchorage, Alaska branches.

    Minimum of ten years' experience is preferred or the equivalent of undergraduate school and five years' experience with Caterpillar, or related companies preferred.

    College degree in business administration or related discipline preferred. Ability to work on Microsoft Office products essential.

    We offer a competitive benefits package that includes salary from $182,000 to $222,400, bonus, vehicle plan, health benefits, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing and company match.
