- Maintain 24x7x365 comprehensive situational awareness of customer cyber-threat landscape as it relates to security monitoring.
- Lead a team of technicians with various skill sets that provides operations, maintenance and service support of security operations across the Enterprise.
- Display a vision consistent with supporting Contract goals and objectives.
- Deliver expert advice to stakeholders regarding the security status of the customer environment.
- Prepare various service reports such as cyber-threat intelligence situation reports regarding observed activity from security tools.
- Develop plans and procedures.
- Conduct trend analysis.
- Track, troubleshoot, and report network incidents.
- Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or SOC experience.
- Required Experience :
- 8+ years of related technical experience.
- Required Technical Skills :
- Possess understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles at a foundational level.
- Relevant certification such as CISSP, ISSMP, CISM, or possible GCIH. The CISSP is preferred.
