Operations Management:


  • Management
  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Maintains and increases the efficiency of the overall organization.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Coordinates with other support departments such as project management, business development, marketing, human resources, finance, etc. to ensure successful operations.
  • Collaborates with other backoffice team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Assists with budget preparation for operations team.
  • Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization's operations manual and policies.
  • Work with the Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities and recommending new procedures for increasing the efficiency of daily operations where appropriate.
  • Creates and maintains internal processes and coordinates internal and external resources to assist with workflows.
  • Build effective systems and processes based on organizational needs.
  • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatorybased best practices.
  • Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.
  • Provides communication support to internal team and APIC team; and manage client and consultant communications as needed.
  • Human Capital Management
  • Maintains job descriptions and leads on organization's hiring process with APIC Enterprise HR.
  • Creates and maintains new hire onboarding.
  • Assists with determining staffing needs to meet yearly revenue and strategic goals.
  • Creates and maintains all staff engagement activities, events, surveys, touchpoints, meetings, etc. as well as documentation, logístical planning, communication.
  • Maintains W2 documentation under APIC Enterprise
  • HR guidelines.
  • Creates and maintains employee programming for both internal staff and W2 consultants.
  • Vendor and APIC Enterprise: IT and HR Management
  • Management
of contracts and work with third-party vendors including but not limited to APIC Enterprise, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accountant Contractors, DEI, legal, Human Resources, and Staffing Agencies.

  • Function as liaison between internal and APIC Enterprise
  • IT and HR.
  • Supports internal team and APIC Enterprise on training programs, reinforcing technology, and operations infrastructure between organizations to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Create and maintain policies and processes for operational areas including but not limited to Federal/State/Local tax payments, insurance policies, workers compensation policies, unemployment registrations, business registrations.
  • Oversees and manages team progress on individual and team goals to support strategic priorities.
  • Assists with strategic priority implementation and coordinates workflows to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Create system to create, maintain, and review all organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
  • Work across departments to issue or assign internal staff training when needed.
  • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
  • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
  • Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Special Project Management:


  • Execution of staff engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee management of the DEI Initiative work and vendor communication.
  • Provide support to organizational structural changes to offer both 1099 and W2 employment offerings.
  • Oversee and execute on assigned special projects throughout the year that could extend beyond a calendar year.
  • As needed management for incoming special projects including research.

Governance Management:


  • Provides direct support to the Leadership Team and Board to prepare for meetings as required.
  • Prepares, manages, and distributes the logístical components for Board meetings and events to include agenda planning, reports, charts board packet, minutes, travel, expenses, etc.
